A single contact from quotation to after-sales. You are not passed between purchasing, forwarder and customs broker.
Specification before the order
Species, grade, sizes, moisture content and tolerances are set down in writing before confirmation. What is written is what arrives.
Transparency at lot level
Every delivery arrives with a packing list per bundle, certificates and an origin reference. You always know where the timber you are using came from.
Handling of non-conformities
Where material does not meet the specification: documented inspection and either replacement or a credit note, with no argument passed back to the sawmill.
No customs complexity at your end
Classification, duty, due diligence and phytosanitary inspection are ours to manage. You receive goods and documents.
